What is your favourite piece of musical equipment?

Gibson Les Paul copy made by Ibanez from the 1970s in a Tobacco Burst finish.

What is your most memorable musical experience?

Getting to study privately with Geoff Young in my first year at Humber College.

What do you love most about music?

I love how it is a never ending process of self-growth and discovery. I especially love the sense of community that it is able to create between people from all walks of life.

What would you say to someone who is interested in studying music?

Try to surround yourself with people who know more about it than you do.

What do you like to do when you are not playing music?

I enjoy writing and listening to music, reading about philosophy, exercising, and spending time with those I care about the most.

What is your favourite film of all time?

Dead Poets Society.

What part of the world would you like to travel to most?

I have never been anywhere in Asia, I would love to see Beijing!
